License & disclaimers
Buril is proprietary software licensed by subscription. The Terms and the Privacy policy on buril.ai are the binding documents; this page summarizes what matters day to day.
What is yours
What Buril generates for you is yours: scenes, prefabs, scripts, assets, builds. Buril claims nothing over the output.
What is not permitted
- Hosting Buril and letting other users log in to use it as a service.
- Bundling Buril into a product where Buril is the value being sold.
- Removing or altering Buril copyright or license notices.
Internal use, including agency and consulting work delivered to your own clients, is permitted under every plan.
Third-party code and assets
Buril absorbs code, clean-room, from MIT and Apache licensed projects. The full attribution list is on the Third-party licenses page.
Whatever license the input assets carry stays with them. If you pipe a copyrighted FBX through asset_import_fbx, the result is still under that FBX's license. Buril does not launder licenses.
AI providers
Buril sends prompts to the AI provider you configured, with your key or your signed-in CLI. The provider's terms apply to that traffic. Buril adds no key of its own and no markup.
No warranty
Buril is provided as is. The bridge drives a live Unity Editor: use version control, and read what an agent proposes before letting it write to your project. Tools that delete or overwrite are marked as such in the catalog.
